How do I reserve Magnolia Square Venue for my event?

To secure your date a 50% non-refundable deposit is required, along with a signed contract. 30 days prior to your event, the remaining balance is required. To get started, click here.

What are the access hours for the event venue?

Sunday thru Thursday: 7:00am – 11:00pm

Friday & Saturday: 7:00am – 1:00am

We only host ONE event per day. The venue rental fees grant you exclusive access to the property for your event!

What is the rental fee and what does it include?

The rental price varies on the type of event you have and which day of the week you hold your event. Contact us with your event specifics!
The rental price includes the rental cost of the venue, tables, chairs, prep kitchen access and the cleaning fee.

Can I bring my own vendors? What does an Open Vendor Policy Mean?

YES!!!

An Open Vendor Policy means that you can hire any industry service provider of your choice and have them service your event at our space. This could include companies such as catering, bar service, DJ, and more.

Are there adequate kitchen facilities?

Yes! View the Prep Kitchen space here. We have a prep kitchen equipped with a freezer, two commercial coolers, microwave, sink and spacious countertops.

What’s the maximum number of guests the site can handle?

Our maximum occupancy capacity is 241 persons.

Seating capacity varies based on your desired floor plan.

Can we end our event at 1:00am and clean up till 2:00am?

No, all events are to end at 1:00am including clean up. On-site cameras are monitored and overtime charges will be charged to the renter.

Are their limitations on decorations?

You are welcome to decorate the reception hall to fit your needs with any decorations that can be removed, without any harm to the venue. Glitter or foil (non-paper) confetti is not allowed! Absolutely NO nails, staples, tapes, or glues that leave a sticky residue.

Is there internet or Wi-Fi provided on-site?

No. We recommend using a Hot Spot from your personal device.

Are tables and chairs included?

Yes, 4 x 60-inch round tables, 17 x 8ft tables and 150 x white folding chairs are included with every rental.

Is an outdoor area included?

Yes, there is a covered back patio with bistro lighting.

What decorations does the venue provide?

We do not provide any decor or decorating services.

Are candles or other open flames allowed?

NO! Candles and open flames are prohibited.

Do you allow smoking?

There is a strict no smoking policy inside Magnolia Square Venue. Smoking may take place on the outdoor back patio.

Are we able to provide the alcohol and bartenders?

Yes, you may serve complimentary alcohol and bring in bartenders.

If you are selling alcohol, insurance is REQUIRED for Magnolia Square Venue, along with a permit from the City and State to sell alcohol. We recommend you secure ATC licensed bartenders.

Am I responsible for any of the cleaning?

All items brought in by you, your vendors, and/or your guests will need to be removed at the conclusion of your event.

All the tables should be cleared, wiped down folded and placed against either side wall of the venue. The kitchenette and portable bars should be free of food and beverages and wiped down.

After all of the trash is gathered, the trash bags should be placed in the dumpster provided on the property.

*Any item left on property at the end of your event will be disposed of immediately. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Is there parking lot at the venue?

Contrary to popular belief, there is parking downtown! Street parking is always available along Main Street and St. Peter St. Additionally, the primary parking is within Bouligny Plaza which is located within close walking distance to the venue.

Is there an Ice Machine onsite?

No.

There is a freezer in the Prep Kitchen to store ice, but you must provide your own bagged ice.
