At Magnolia Square Venue, we understand every event is unique. All of our rentals include access to two table sizes: 17 x Rectangular (29.5" x 72") and 4 x Circular (60" diameter) with 150 standard commercial white folding chairs.

Choosing the right seating style for your event is not a one-size fits all concept. Let’s start with important questions to ask when determining the best seating arrangement for your event:

  1. What is your event type? How many people are attending — Some seating styles are better suited for certain sized groups.

  2. Wedding Event — Ceremony & Reception? Reception Only?

  3. Catering — Buffet Style with a Server or Serve Yourself? Or Plated Dinner?

  4. Beverage Station — BYOB, Servers or Grab n Go?

  5. DJ or Bluetooth Speaker?

  6. Guests Sign-In/Check-In Table? Gift Table?

  7. Photo-Op Area?

  8. Guest of Honor dedicated area?

  9. Meeting/Seminars/Presentations — Theatre Seating, Rows of Chairs, or Boardroom U-Shape
